Nunun Nurbaeti, a suspect in a bribery case linked to the 2004 Bank Indonesia senior deputy governor election, will undergo questioning by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Monday, her lawyer says.

“Tomorrow [she will be questioned] at 2 p.m.,” lawyer Ina Rahman said on Sunday, as quoted by kompas.com.

She said that Nunun, who was brought home from Bangkok on Saturday, had undergone health and administrational examinations on the same day.

Nunun is being detained at Pondok Bambu Penitentiary in East Jakarta, Ina said, and has been visited by relatives.

“Her family left the prison at around 4 a.m. (Sunday),” Ina said.

Nunun was arrested by Thai police on Wednesday night at a rented two-story house in the Suphan Sung district in Bangkok. She was detained at a Thai police safe house for two days after her arrest.

Nunun, who had been on Interpol’s wanted list for months, allegedly distributed traveler’s checks to dozens of lawmakers in 2004 as part of the Bank Indonesia senior deputy governor election.
